Breakfast at the hotel. Today the journey follows the Mediterranean coastline toward Valencia, with a scenic stop in Peñíscola, known for its dramatic seaside castle and film history, including scenes from Game of Thrones.

In Valencia, enjoy a taste of traditional horchata and discover the contrast between the historic old town and the striking modern architecture of the City of Arts and Sciences.

After breakfast, the journey continues into Andalusia toward Granada, set at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains between the Darro and Genil rivers. One of southern Spain’s true cultural treasures, Granada beautifully blends its Moorish heritage with elegant Renaissance architecture.

Later, there’s the opportunity to learn the basics of flamenco before enjoying dinner accompanied by a live flamenco performance in one of the city’s traditional venues.

After breakfast, visit the world-famous Alhambra and the beautiful Generalife, where intricate Moorish architecture and peaceful gardens overlook the city of Granada.

Later, the journey continues through rolling landscapes of olive groves and whitewashed villages toward Seville, the vibrant capital of Andalusia. In the evening, enjoy a typical dinner with your fellow travelers, a wonderful opportunity to experience traditional Andalusian cuisine together.

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning, enjoy a guided city tour of Seville, the elegant capital of Andalusia. Visit the magnificent Seville Cathedral, the second-largest Catholic cathedral in the world after St. Peter’s in Rome. Continue through the charming Santa Cruz quarter, long associated with the legends of Carmen and Don Juan, before strolling through Maria Luisa Park and the grand Plaza de España.

The afternoon is at leisure to enjoy the city at your own pace.

Overnight in Seville, Spain

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning, depart for Córdoba, once the capital of the Islamic caliphate in Spain. Enjoy a guided visit to the extraordinary Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba, a masterpiece of Moorish architecture, followed by a walk through the narrow streets of the historic Jewish Quarter.

Later, continue toward Madrid, passing through the dramatic Despeñaperros mountain pass and the plains of La Mancha, the legendary land of Don Quixote.

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a guided city tour to discover Madrid’s highlights:

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing for Portugal. On the way, we’ll stop in Salamanca, a University City and UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its architectural and artistic treasures.

After some free time to explore Salamanca, continue your journey to the Portuguese border and arrive in Porto. Situated along the Douro River estuary in northern Portugal, Porto is one of Europe’s oldest cities and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996.

After breakfast, we’ll depart for Aveiro, renowned for its picturesque canals and often called "The Venice of Portugal." Enjoy a ride on a moliceiro, a traditional and colorful boat used to navigate Aveiro’s charming waterways.

Next, we’ll continue to Coimbra, where a local guide will lead you on a tour of this historic city. Discover Coimbra's prestigious university—one of the oldest in Europe—along with its charming medieval streets and beautiful riverfront.

Overnight in Coimbra, Portugal

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll set out for the Batalha Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its stunning Gothic and Manueline architecture. Next, we’ll visit the picturesque fishing town of Nazaré, where you'll have some free time to explore and enjoy the local charm.

We will then continue our journey to Lisbon. Once in Lisbon, we’ll cross the Tagus River to Cacilhas, where you’ll enjoy a seafood dinner at a local restaurant.

After breakfast, embark on a morning city sightseeing tour of ancient Olissipo (Lisbon). Drive through key landmarks including:

• Monument to the Discoverers
• Marquês de Pombal Square
