This Portugal Getaways package includes round-trip flights, 2 nights in a Porto hotel, 4 nights aboard the Spirit of Chartwell river cruise (all meals, wine with dinner, and shore excursions in Lamego and Castelo Rodrigo included), and all transfers. Gratuities and city taxes are not included.

All meals onboard and ashore are included, with drinks included during meals, both on the ship and at meals ashore like the Quinta dinner. All onboard activities and every tour and guided visit mentioned in the programme are included. Private tours, premium wines, bar drinks outside of meals, and shop purchases are not included.

Yes. Cabin location and category can be selected when booking, subject to availability. If you have a preference, tell the Portugal Getaways team when requesting your quote and we'll do our best to match it.

Gratuities are not included in the package price. 

Included. The guided tour of Lamego with a regional tasting, and the visit to Castelo Rodrigo with a local product tasting, are both part of the cruise programme, not optional add-ons. As a general rule, all tours and guided visits mentioned in the itinerary are included, only private tours are excluded.

Breakfast in Porto depends on the hotel rate selected, but you can add it during the booking process. Complimentary breakfast can also be prioritized on request, contact the Portugal Getaways team when booking. Once onboard the cruise, all meals including breakfast are included.

Yes. Extra nights in Porto before or after the cruise, hotel upgrades, and flight preferences can all be adjusted. Tell the Portugal Getaways team your preferences and travel dates and we'll put together a tailored proposal.

City taxes are not included and are paid directly at the Porto hotel. 

The package is strictly non-refundable from the moment of purchase. Travel insurance with cancellation cover is strongly recommended given how little flexibility this policy allows.
