2. Day 2 Monday: Lisbon Sightseeing Tour (Included)

   

   After breakfast, embark on a morning city tour of ancient Olissipo, visiting the main squares, Belém Tower, Jerónimos Monastery, the Monument to the Discoverers, Marquis of Pombal Square, and Avenida da Liberdade.

   In the afternoon, explore the charming Alfama Quarter at your own pace. Wander through narrow, colorful streets, discover historic buildings, and experience traditional “tabernas.” Enjoy the rest of the day to further explore and soak in the beauty of this magnificent city.

3. Day 3 Tuesday: Montemor Winery & Évora City Tour (Included)

   Next, continue to Évora, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its medieval architecture. With your Local Expert, explore the impressive Roman Temple, the evocative Chapel of Bones (entrance included), and the grand Évora Cathedral.    After breakfast, we’ll depart for Aveiro, renowned for its picturesque canals and often called "The Venice of Portugal." Enjoy a ride on a colorful moliceiro boat through these charming waterways before heading to Porto.

   In Porto, start with a visit to the "Porto Across the Ages" museum, where you’ll explore the city's rich history through interactive exhibits and multimedia displays, showcasing its journey from medieval times to modern splendor.

   Next, tour one of Porto’s famous wine cellars. Learn about the intricate process of port wine production and its distinctive qualities, and enjoy a tasting session to savor a selection of fine port wines, appreciating their complex flavors and aromas.

    Explore the Santa Cruz quarter, the setting of Carmen, and the legend of Don Juan, and continue to Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España.

    Continue to Ronda, where you'll tour the LA Organic olive oil production facility and sample their organic olive oil. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, uncovering the charms and secrets of Ronda.

12. Day 12 Thursday: Málaga, Flamenco Workshop & Dinner in Granada (Included)

    

    After enjoying your included breakfast at the hotel, depart for Málaga to explore its rich historical and cultural attractions. Discover the city’s Roman heritage with its impressive theatre, and delve into its Moorish past with the Alcazaba and Gibralfaro Castle.
