About the Experience:

This is a practical and very interactive activity, which enhances the knowledge of the grape varieties and their contribution to the production of green wines.

The result is the creation of the batch itself and the recall of the wine with the visitor's signature. An explanation about the national winemaking framework and that of the "Vinho Verde" region, a succinct explanation of how to produce white wines and their styles while tasting the 5 monovarietal wines.

You start to understand each visitor's favorite wines and these are usually the wines that will be part of your wine blend. After tasting the batch on a pilot scale, the visitor, with a test tube in hand, begins to bottle his wine. A traditional cork stopper allows the placement of the "Monverde" cork stopper. The creative phase follows, the production of the label: the creation of the brand, design, and painting; it ends with the choice of the color of the capsule that best "suits the outfit" and the capper ends the batch production.

At the end of the activity, pride is noticeable on each visitor's face and they carry the bottle of wine tenderly.
