About the Experience

This tour will have the following itinerary:

8:45 am - Meeting with the Guide at São Bento Station

9:10 am - Departure to Régua

11:08 am - Scheduled arrival to the Régua train station. Travel guide to the most beautiful road in the world

11:30 am - Stop at a farm by the river, small regional tasting. Some dishes will be served (cheese and smoked board) accompanied by DOC Douro red table wines

12:30 am - Stop at the viewpoint of Casal de Loivos (recommended by UNESCO)

1:30 pm - Recipe in the Quinta da Avessada wines, to the sound of the concertina, with proof of White Wine, accompanied by Ball of meat, fruit jams, cheese board and appetizers

1:45 pm - Traditional lunch at Quinta da Avessada. Full menu

3:45 pm - Guided visit to the Winery Cooperative Winery, with wine tasting. Wine tasting

4:30 pm - Arrival at the historic center of Favaios Wine Village. Guided visit to the Bread and Wine Museum

5:30 pm - Passing through the bakeries because of bread baked in a firewood

6:00 pm - Return to the Hotel in the Porto metropolitan area

8:00 pm - Estimated time of arrival (We bring the client from Favaios to their accommodation unit)
