New house with luxury finishes and equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation on the island of São Miguel - Azores.

Located in Rua de Lisboa, very close to the Coliseu Micaelense, Avenida Marginal and downtown.
The airport is 5 minutes drive away.
This house has one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and two complete bathrooms. When the occupancy is 5 guests, we install an extra bed in the living room (200x80cms). It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with dining area, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and a parking space.
The rooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV with multiple channels, Netflix and other apps, sheets, towels and all the supplies for bathing and hygiene. We also provide beach towels for use in any bathing area of the island.
The neighborhood is very quiet with everything nearby: supermarket, cafes, pastries, restaurants and public transport.
Downtown and the sea with natural pools are only a 10 minute walk away.
Parking is available at the house.
