The ‘Casa’ is the result of the considered and contemporary re-appropriation of a 19th-century property in the historical center of Ponta Delgada, 500 m from the Portas da Cidade, 50 m from the Carlos Machado Museum and 900 m from the Senhor Santo Cristo dos Milagres shrine. We are part of “O Quarteirão”, a creative and artistic neighbourhood of our town, an intangible concept created by established cultural organizations and businesses in the local area and a must-see for anyone visiting the island. 4 Superior Studios (30 m2) and 5 Superior Apartments (40 m2) formulated in light tones and ash wood with your comfort in mind, totally equipped with a kitchenette, living/dining room, air conditioning, Smart TV, king-size beds, desk, and free Wi-Fi, among others facilities.
