Drinks, gratuities, Wi-Fi, and shore excursions are not included.

Seat selection, extra baggage, and cabin class upgrades to premium economy or business class are not included in the package price but can be arranged as paid add-ons before finalizing your booking, subject to availability.

Yes. All transfers are included at both ends. On boarding day, a transfer from your Lisbon hotel to the Cascais cruise pier is included. On disembarkation day, a transfer from the pier back to your Lisbon hotel is included. On arrival, a transfer from the airport to your hotel is included. On departure day, a transfer from your hotel to the airport is included. You do not need to arrange any transport independently at any point on this trip.

Full board is included throughout the 10-night cruise, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day at the main restaurants and buffet. Dietary restrictions, including vegetarian and gluten-free, are accommodated. Specialty dining packages are available at an additional cost. Included dining does not cover drinks, which are purchased separately on board.

Drinks are not included in this package. Drink packages can be added with Portugal Getaways.

Gratuities are not included in this package. MSC applies a daily service charge per person, usually called "Service Charges," which is added to your on-board account throughout the cruise. You can pre-pay this during the booking process with Portugal Getaways.

Wi-Fi is not included in the package price. Internet packages are available for purchase during the booking process with Portugal Getaways.

Available cabin categories and prices are shown when you click a date in the booking calendar and proceed to the next step. MSC Sinfonia has interior, ocean view, balcony, and suite categories. If you'd like a specific cabin, a particular deck, or an upgrade, you can check what's available during the booking process or simply contact the Portugal Getaways team.

MSC Sinfonia has an on-board spa, salon, and sauna. Spa treatments are not included in this package and are purchased individually on board. If you'd like a package that includes spa access along with other extras, contact the Portugal Getaways team and we'll look into upgrade options for you.

• Mahon, Menorca: a compact old town with Georgian-style mansions, the 13th-century Church of Santa Maria, and nearby Ciutadella's cobbled streets. 
• Olbia, Sardinia: the gateway to the Costa Smeralda, with Porto Cervo, La Maddalena, and Caprera a short trip away. 
• Genoa, Italy: a medieval old town with San Lorenzo Cathedral and the Ducal Palace, with Portofino 35km south. 
• Marseille, France: the Vieux-Port, Le Panier district, and Notre-Dame de la Garde overlooking the harbor. 
• Malaga, Spain: the pedestrian city center, the Picasso Museum, and the Alcazaba and Gibralfaro fortresses. 
• Cadiz, Spain: one of Spain's oldest cities, with the Cadiz Museum and the 18th-century Cathedral Nueva.

All suggestions are optional.

Shore excursions are not included in the package price. The Portugal Getaways team can recommend and arrange independent excursions for each port before departure. 

Portugal, Spain, Italy, and France are all part of the Schengen Area. US and Canadian passport holders currently do not need a visa for stays up to 90 days. It's the traveler's responsibility to check current documentation and safety requirements on their government's official travel site before departure. ETIAS is not yet mandatory for Schengen entry, we will notify you when that changes.

Portugal, Spain, Italy, and France have no active travel advisories affecting this itinerary and are considered safe destinations for US and Canadian travelers. As with any international trip, it's the traveler's responsibility to check their government's official travel advisory site for the latest guidance before departure, since conditions can change.

There's no fixed deposit. To confirm your booking, you can either pay in full at once or set up an installment plan, which requires an initial payment to secure your spot. The first payment amount depends on the package value and your travel dates. Contact the Portugal Getaways team to arrange installments and confirm the schedule.

This package is non-refundable once booked, including both the airfare and the cruise and hotel portions. Travel insurance with cancellation cover is strongly recommended.
