About the Accommodation

Situated 25km away from the town of Ponta Delgada, this gigantic crater of a volcano extinct long ago, which encircles the Green and Blue Lakes, offers a paradisiac scenery where the green of its lush forestall landscape, and the serenity and mystical charm of its mountains, favor dreamlike holidays in contact with mother nature.
 
On the borders of the Blue Lake, the “7 Cidades Lake Lodge”, is a small touristic village that comprises three one-family units, the “Canario”, the “Pau-Pique” and the “Santiago”, with planned occupancy of two individuals, and the chance of installing an extra accommodation, designed in detail for offering the utmost comfort, with complete integration amid the surrounding idyllic landscape. This tourist Village comprises the “Big House” too, designed to accommodate seven individuals and also provide the chance of installing an extra bed.

Bungalows: They are divided into bedrooms, living rooms, kitchenettes, bathrooms, hall, and porch, designed in detail with the aim of providing extreme comfort, with the contribution of the surrounding scenery of absolute tranquillity.

There are three bungalows with basic occupancy of two individuals, offering the chance of adding an extra bed. Their area of 46sq.m consists of:

Big House: Strongly influenced by its connection to the lake, the big house, built in the fifties, is well integrated into the surrounding landscape, with characteristics visibly inspired in the Azorean traditional architecture, resorting to construction techniques and materials that originated in the area.

Divided into four rooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, two bathrooms, hall, and porch. Its basic occupancy is seven individuals. The “big House” area is 155sq.m and it consists of:

  • Two rooms with a double bed
  • One room with two single beds
  • One room with a single bed
